Keto Mince Pie

Keep everyone happy with this satisfying, cheese-topped keto masterpiece. Simply delicious!

This keto minced meat pie has an easily worked dairy-free pie crust. Here, we have filled it with meat and cheese, but you can use any filling you like. This dish is so versatile, the only limit is your imagination!


  • 18 oz Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Mushrooms
  • Mixed Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 oz. butter
  • 6 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 8oz Cheddar Cheese


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 table spoon psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 3 tablespoons of olive or coconut oil
  • 1 egg


  • Cook ground beef, spices, onion and mushroom in butter, add keto salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix all ingredients in food processor until you have a dough ball, press out in base of dish
  • Add your filling of beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic
  • Bake your base alone for 20 minutes then add your filling,
  • Top with a mixture of grated and cottage cheese
  • Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 356 Fahrenheit
